The Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency (in the Department of Homeland Security) has stepped up worksite raids in the past two years, resulting in mass arrests and deportations of immigrant workers, and simultaneously violating human and civil rights, breaking up families, destroying and impovershing communities, and spreading fear.
